The Park Millennium is well appointed with all the amenities you expect from a luxury full service building. All association-controlled amenities are open 24 hours per day for your use and enjoyment.

24-hour Doorman: The lobby is staffed 24/7 by a professional and courteous doorman to welcome and assist residents, guests, and vendors as well as maintain the building's security.
ATM: Residents may use a convenient ATM on the 1st floor.
Bike Rooms: Residents may store their bikes in a secure bicycle room.
Business Center: The multi use Business Center allows for a variety of uses. A printer, copier, and fax machine are available for use. In addition, computers and two workstation spaces are also available for quiet study or work. A resident-maintained library along with a sitting area is also located here.
Cable TV: DirecTV is our Cable TV provider. Cable Service includes the “Choice Package”. If you choose to upgrade your cable service or have any customer service related questions regarding your cable, please contact Silver IP at 312-780-0814.
Club Room: A club room with private dining room, full kitchen, and a big-screen TV is available for resident use. It can also be reserved for a private function.
Conference Rooms: There are two conference rooms, equipped with conference tables, available for use by residents.
Dog area: A dog run is located just outside the building's north Door. Complimentary bags are provided.
Dry Cleaners: A full service dry cleaning outlet is located inside the building on the first floor. You can contact Park Mill Cleaners at 312-565-5949.
Fitness Center: The fitness center equipment includes treadmills, elliptical, cross-trainers, a stair-master, stationary bicycles, free weights, and a variety of machine weights. Flatscreen HD televisions are installed for your enjoyment.
Grocery/Retail: A full service grocery store (Mariano's) is just 2 blocks away. A CVS is located across the street.
Internet: Each unit at Park Millennium has an active Internet connection. The base plan of 30 Mbps (download & upload) is standard for each unit. Individual Upgrade options include 50 Mbps & 100 Mbps.
Laundry: In addition to the washer and dryer machines located in each unit, there are commercial size washers and dryers located on the 1st floor.
Locker Rooms: Men’s and women’s locker Rooms include showers, saunas, and storage lockers for resident use.
Maintenance & Engineering Staff: Park Millennium's trained Maintenance Staff members keep the building's systems and common areas in working order and can also address repairs and improvements in your home. They are available 24 hours/day to respond to building emergencies.
Movie Tickets Discount: Park Millennium Residents can purchase discounted AMC Movie Theater Tickets, giving a significant discount to the price of a movie ticket. A 21-Screen AMC Movie Theater is located just 3 walkable blocks from Park Millennium.
Outdoor Terrace with Grills: The patio is available for resident use and has two grills.
Package Service: Deliveries and packages are accepted on a resident's behalf and processed to be available for pickup by the resident the same day.
Parking Garage: An indoor parking garage is connected to the Park Millennium. Since it is owned by a separate entity, spaces can be leased on a monthly basis. Daily parking is also available.
Pedway Access: The Park Millennium is one of only three condominium buildings connected to the vast Pedway System. Through this underground walkway, residents can reach State Street Shopping, all of the CTA's train lines, City Hall, the Thompson Center (State of Illinois Building), Metra regional train lines, as well as numerous banks and retail food options.
Pool & Hot Tub: A 25 meter two-lane heated indoor lap pool and a hot tub is available for resident use.
Professional Management: The Park Millennium is professionally managed with an on-site management office to address your concerns and offers early morning and evening office hours.
Sauna: A sauna is located in each locker room.
Security: In addition to a 24 hour doorman, the Park Millennium maintains residents' safety with electronic key control at all building entrances and throughout the property as well as over 15 closed-circuit cameras monitored 24 hours per day. When surveyed by the Chicago Police Department for security, the Park Millennium was ranked in the top 5 amongst all Chicago residential buildings.
Storage: A variety of storage space and options are available for rent by residents.
Vending Machines: Two vending machines with snacks and beverages are located on the 2nd floor.
Wireless Internet: The entire first and second floors of the building are covered by free high-speed wireless internet for resident use.
